The dam of Welstar van de Kempenhoeve is the Florencio I dam Bitte van de Kempenhoeve who produced the internationally performing El Amore van de Kempenhoeve (by San Amour). Under Anna-Christina Abbelen, El Amore is successful in the Small Tour.
This is also the line of Obelix van de Kempenhoeve, who has been successful for several years now at the World Championships for young dressage horses and can be considered as one of the best young dressage horses in Belgium, and of Bonavonturo van de Kempenhoeve, approved in Oldenburg.
