Amano van de Leenhaag is a correct and athletic colt, long-legged modern made with striking balance in the canter. He looks a lot like his sire Flynn who is successful at GP level. He also has the perfect mentality of his father.
Flynn is one of the young tastemakers in the sport who, after a very successful career with the young horses, already competed Grand Prix at the age of 9 with Flore De Winne.
But also the dam line is super interesting. There the high percentage of sports horses stands out. Dam Hella was a Z2 champion several times and was Small Tour ready. And if we look further into 100-year-old thoroughbred mother line we come to La Madeleine XX, the famous breeding mare of Roger Janssens. So this is the lineage of Grand Prix horses Rosantica, (David Engelen) and Galant (Lisa Wilcox) , several Small Tour horses including Bandine VLS. Perhaps the most important characteristics of the horses from this line are their rideability and super attitude. They are reliable and always want to work for you.
